Ten no no's for the Home Buyer
The keys to your new home will be in your hands quickly if you follow the following guidelines . Avoid making a big purchase before closing to avoid harming your debt to income ratio . Never give a For Sale by Owner Seller access to your earnest money prior to the transaction . If the appraisal comes in too low, don't freak out. Some sellers are willing to fix some of the problems with the home and others may not be as willing. Don't let that refusal close the door on your dream home . Educating yourself about the process will ensure a smoother transaction and a definite housewarming party.
